Time to Change the Narrative

What is your primary bias that influences the way you live and the choices you make?

Are you approaching life with limiting strategies and beliefs? What is the narrative that potentially hinders your experience?

The trouble with our narratives, is they are most often hidden away in some part of our body, mind, and spirit. My narratives hid in my cells until I began to expose them. Let’s say they are  hidden in the dark. Narratives won’t change until they are flushed out and examined in the light of day. Once examined in our conscious mind, we can decide if it serves us. This leads to personal growth, and in my experience, a deepening relationship to what I value in my life.

You may be inspired to turn on the lights after noticing your reality really doesn’t change. You read books, apply new strategies, and get the same results time after time. Inspite of accomplishing your goals, you are left with a nagging feeling of not being good enough, insufficient. “Not good enough” or whatever your narrative is, said and done enough times you start to believe it! Over time and with repetition, you prove yourself right and find yourself living your storyline. What is the core belief here for you?

I started examining my narratives to identify what holds me back from living my highest good and being the best version of myself. Ask yourself what you believe about your place in the world, your purpose, your relationships, your health. Are you unconsciously affirming beliefs that do not serve you? Are you interested in changing the narrative?

I asked, and movement and change came at me fast. All I did was turn on the lights. Let there be light.
